Hello there!

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I am Courtney Anderson, an LPC Associate with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s most challenging moments. I am a native Texan, and when I’m not providing therapy, you can find me enjoying time with family, exploring the outdoors, and indulging in my love for good food and music.

My Story

Wearing many hats as a clinician and advocate, I understand how difficult it can be to find a healthy balance between daily responsibilities and self-care. That’s why I’m dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can openly explore their concerns and work towards meaningful change in their lives.

In my journey as a mental health professional, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations, providing trauma and grief counseling, substance abuse treatment, and psychosocial assessments. Through my roles at the Eating Recovery Center and Fort Bend County Juvenile Probation, I’ve helped individuals manage crises, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.

My passion lies in supporting clients through a variety of mental health challenges, including:

  • Trauma and Grief

  • Anxiety and Depression

  • Behavioral Interventions

  • Substance Abuse Treatments

  • Mental Health Assessments and Treatment Planning

  • Community Resource Advocacy

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Trauma and Grief Component Therapy. These evidence-based approaches guide my work in helping clients navigate difficult experiences and achieve lasting wellness.
