I specialize in perinatal mental health, trauma recovery, grief support, women’s mental health, and addressing common concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and major life transitions.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
