Hello there!

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. My Story

As a clinician, advocate, and helping professional, I understand that life's challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, or a major life transition, you don't have to face it alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their experiences, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with adolescents, young adults, and adults across a variety of settings, including community mental health, residential treatment, and juvenile services. These experiences have allowed me to support individuals facing complex emotional, behavioral, and life challenges while helping them build resilience and move toward healing.

I am passionate about helping clients navigate concerns related to:

  • Anxiety & Stress Management

  • Depression

  • Trauma & PTSD

  • Grief & Loss

  • Young Adult Issues

  • Life Transitions

  • Self-Esteem & Personal Growth

  • Emotional Regulation

  • Family & Relationship Challenges

  • Coping Skills Development

  • Trauma-Informed Care

My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Trauma and Grief Component Therapy. These approaches help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical strategies for healing, growth, and long-term well-being.

Seeking support is a courageous step, and I am committed to meeting you where you are with compassion, understanding, and respect. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more empowered, connected, and confident as you navigate life's challenges.
